I am mother of two small kids, the surgery is great and staff members are helpful the only issue i got is tha appointment to see the doctors. I got online access to book appointments I thought that would be helpful bit every time i want to book an appointment i dont get appointment for the following week. When i call the surgery i get the same response. Because of these appointments i had to go to A&E twice.

The NHS would have very few complaints if all surgeries were as good as this one.

i have just wasted 45 mins at 7.10 in the morning to be told by the doctor you did not need to be their ????? so why have i been told to make an appointment by the staff because something is wrong with my blood test do they know how worried i have been for the two weeks it took to get the appointment do any of the staff know what they are doing do they know the dangers of asking someone to make an appointment because somthing is wrong ?????

Always easy to get an appointment within a day or two, receptionists are helpful and not bossy/unapproachable like other GP receptionists I've known in the past. Drs have always been helpful and explained what they feel is wrong when I have seen them.
